For first time viewing of the Hi-Res images set navigation speed (sensitivity) to minimum. Right-click on the image when opened, click on Navigation Speed, and set to Slower.
To navigate within the image, left-click and move up, down and around. The closer the cursor is to the edge of the image, the faster the view will rotate.
